Aneika is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Chemical Dependency Counselor, and Perinatal Mental Health Counselor in Houston, TX who earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Baylor University and a Master’s Degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio. She is a creative, innovative, and forward- thinking clinician who has worked extensively in counseling adults and young people diagnosed with mood and behavioral disorders with great success. Her approach to treatment and recovery is often collaborative between therapist, client, and any other supportive resources available and/or necessary depending on clients' needs. With this approach, the therapeutic experience is synergistic and reinforces client autonomy along with client empowerment throughout the therapeutic process. In the work that she does with clients, Aneika emphasizes the growth of all five selves - social, emotional, physical, spiritual, and cognitive selves- of the individual.
